  Penny my dentist is kind and gentle. Pain free treatment so far and you don't have to wait for ages in the waiting room. I am very nervous of the dentist and particularly apprehensive about losing my old dentist at this practise, and getting a different one but I've seen her twice now and feel much more confident. The dental nurse and reception staff are polite and friendly too. So far all has been well though and just X rays so early days. Penny does explain everything though, what she is doing and the health of my mouth, which I really appreciate.
